OUT OF HOURS SERVICE

After 6:30pm and before 8:00am (and between 1:00pm and 2:00pm), Monday to Friday, weekends and public holidays:

If you have a critical medical condition, you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.

If you have a non-critical medical condition, you should telephone the surgery on 01303 851021 and listen to the recorded message.  The message will give you a contact number to call, you should have a pen and paper handy to record the number.

Please use this service thoughtfully, they may not have access to your detailed medical records and can only deal with urgent problems.

NHS 111 (Help Line) provides a national 24 hour a day, 7 days a week confidential health line, staffed by experienced nurses.   They can be contacted on 111 and their helpline is a valuable source of information and advice.  Please note this NHS 111 number can be used to phone in the case of an urgent problem when the surgery is closed.
