In the Daytime between 8:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) please phone the surgery number: tel: 01303 851021. The receptionist will take appropriate action to contact a doctor immediately.
When the practice is closed the care of our patients is passed over to NHS 111 [ NHS Direct] and SEH, who employ experienced nurses and doctors who will evaluate your needs and provide the most appropriate medical care. In the event that you are seen by an on-call doctor/nurse, information regarding your consultation will be passed back to the practice to ensure continuity of care. When the surgery is closed patients should telephone the surgery on tel: 01303 851021 and listen to the recorded message. The message will give you a contact number to call, you should have a pen and paper handy to record the number.
Please use this service thoughtfully, they may not have access to your medical records and can only deal with urgent problems
